Orange Cap contenders of Vivo IPL 2021

Vivo IPL as I mentioned in my last blog it is a league which is still going and has completed its 13 editions and 14th Edition was suspended due to Coronavirus so I am not telling about that in detail and if you want detail about that you can see my last blog. So, we have seen some extraordinary batting this year till the IPL was not suspended so today I will mention about the Orange Cap contenders of Vivo IPL 2021.

Shikhar Dhawan - He was in form from the India vs England ODI series. He was the second highest run - scorer last season. He came and smashed a brilliant 85* and did a 100 run - stand with his partner Prithvi Shaw and won the match for Delhi Capitals. This season he was in great form in all the matches and till the first leg his leading the list with the highest runs.

KL Rahul - He too was in form from the India vs England ODI series. He scored 670 runs last season. In the first match he smashed a brilliant 91 and he also took his team to win. Then after that he didn't many runs in the next two matches but after that he started to score runs and after the match against RCB he was leading the list for the highest runs but after that match it was the match of Delhi Capitals and Dhawan scored runs and became the highest run scorer but now the IPL 2021 is suspended.

Faf Du Plessis - He didn't play any series before the IPL. He didn't score runs in the first match of his team and his team (Chennai Super Kings) couldn't win the first match. Then, after that he started scoring runs and his team also started winning. He and his partner Ruturaj Gaikwad have the most 100 - run stand for the 1st wicket this season.

Sanju Samson - He didn't play any series before the IPL. He was playing domestic cricket before the IPL. In his team's first match he smashed a brilliant 119 but his team (Rajasthan Royals) couldn't win that match. After that he didn't score many runs in the next two - three matches but after that he started scoring runs.
